Frank Black: The one filmmaker who has been able to make me cry is Jaques Tati.

Ray Bradbury: Well, I knew him very well, he was a good friend. “Mr. Hulot’s Holiday” is one of the funniest films, and one of the saddest films ever made. It’s very funny, but it has a touch of melancholy. Beautiful.
